As you know, Sander recently decided to quit his grunting tasks for Posthuman to focus more on his guitar playing and clean vocal parts. So we needed to find a new grunting vocalist who was up to the task of taking over Sander's part, so together we could lift Posthuman to another level. With pleasure we can announce that we have found our new man.

Our new grunting vocalist is Harm-Jan Broekema. (for some of you maybe also known as a member of Sincerus) Combining fearsome grunts with enthousiasm and great ideas for lyrics, he proved to be a very suitable addition to the band.

With the band complete in the way we like, we're preparing for our gigs after the summer.

First gig including Harm-Jan: September 25th: Freeze Festival, Leeuwarden. (notice that the lucky guy will perform twice that night. Sincerus is also booked!) 

It has taken a little longer than we expected, but our debut album 'Rise From Ruins' has finally arrived!

With great pleasure we can announce that we have already found a suitable replacement for Johan, who had to leave Posthuman because of his work schedule.

The new drummer of Posthuman is Michiel Noordzij.

He has been drumming for quite some time now and really showed us that he was the best man for the job, combining tight drumming with well-timed grooves.

So now we will prepare ourselves for some serious gigs after the summer with Michiel.

We are sad to inform you that Johan decided to quit Posthuman. Due to changes in his life and career, he no longer has time to fit Posthuman in his busy schedule. We understand this tough decision and wish him and his family all the best. We've had a great run! (Notice that Johan will still perform with us as long as we have not found a new drummer. So no worries about Posthuman.)

Also, Sander decided to quit his grunting tasks in Posthuman, to focus on his guitar playing and clean vocal parts. Danny has been doing a great job being his temporary replacement during the past couple of shows and we really liked the idea of an individual grunting vocalist. Unfortunately, Danny also has his other bands (Disintegrate, Dimaeon) that scream for his attention, so he won't be able to stay with us.

Succeeding these matters, we are looking of a new drummer and a new grunter. If you are interested, please have a look at our vacancies
